Our client already had small business assessment and direct install programs, plus business energy reports and a business energy portal, but was still struggling to reach this notoriously hard-to-reach market. AM Conservation Group’s marketing team partnered with them to develop an innovative, gap-filling marketplace and associated marketing services to reach their smallest small businesses and those in rural areas. We used growth-driven design methodology to develop a marketplace that could scale and continuously improve based on data, then created integrated marketing campaigns and product promotions based on a custom propensity model for laser-sharp targeting. The creative assets included a custom e-commerce website with segmented validation, custom graphics, a custom kit, email nurture campaigns, paid social media ads, direct mail, blogs, content downloads and more.
